One of my absolute favorite type of sessions as your Canton area photographer is the cake smash!! No baby smashes cake the exact same way and it is so fun to watch every baby dig in. Some are shy, some just go for it! Either way makes for great photos and these memories are so special for parents to have for years to come. Memories you won't want to miss!

Since then I have had the honor of capturing so many special moments of the whole family. This Cake Smash sessions was one of my ABSOLUTE favorite sessions ever. Can it get any cuter than Ruby??

Let me capture all the memories and milestones for you, so you never forget!
First things first, let's get to know each other. I know everyone has busy lives and I like to let you choose the most convenient way for you to do this. Options include; emails, phone consult, video consult and in person meeting. Whether you would like to talk or text, we will do what is easiest for your life and your schedule.
During this consult we will discuss your session needs, wardrobe options and styles for your little one. We will really get to know each other so on session day you will feel comfortable and ready to relax and have fun.
We will discuss the Grow with Me options available and decide if you would like to grab one of the 10 spots available for the year or book a single session.

This is similar to the Bump to Baby but can start with 3 month options.
This is for the parents who don't want to miss a single milestone that first year. We will discuss the 3 options and the benefits to becoming a Grow with Me Member. There are only 10 Grow with me memberships available each year, so clients are recommended to reserve their spot early.

Let me do the hard work for you by coordinating your little ones wardrobe in preparation for their session.
After securing the session on my calendar, I will invite you for your design appointment where we talk about the session date & location, the details and your vision for your little ones portraits, and wardrobe options.
When you become an KDP client, I make sure that every detail of your portrait session is taken care of for you. However, your opinion matters to me and I will include you in this process by sending you a questionnaire prior to your design appointment for you to fill out that will help identify what you are looking to get out of your portrait session. It will be so fun to design the session around your style. During this appointment we run through the wardrobe options and setups for your child's session.
3. design appointment
The fun day is here! Don't worry about anything, I have it covered. The studio or location will be ready to go. Snack and drinks waiting along with agreed upon outfits.
The studio will be ready to go for the second your little ones comes in, but no worries, we will not rush to get started. In my years as a Cleveland, Akron & Canton Baby Photographer I have learned that babies need time to warm up to me and their environment. I will watch how they react and we will take a few moments to get to know each other before starting.
While we are allowing your little one to warm up, I will show you the sets we have for the session along with the planned outfits. Unless otherwise requested, I will have the Cake there and ready as well.
4. session day
Whether you choose an all inclusive Digital Package, an Heirloom Collection or a combination of both, KDP will walk you through what is best for your family.
From luxe linen & leather albums, to a story telling wall arrangement, there is no limit to customizing artwork for your beautiful home.
You will have the option for an in person ordering appointment where we will design your collection to fit your personal needs or an online gallery viewing.
I will be here to guide you through the entire process from consult until you are holding your beautiful artwork in hand or downloading your amazing gallery to create your own artwork for your home.

I am a Canton Baby Photographer who loves capturing the fleeting moments of your babies. The years go so fast, even when the days can be long. You won't want to miss even a moment of these years.
From styling your baby's session right down to the outfit he or she will wear, I will make your session stress free and FUN! Your gallery will come with an outfit, personally designed set and all the love I can put into it. Each experience is unique to your child and will create lasting memories you will be proud to display anywhere in your home.
The Investment Details
We started using Kendrah Damis photography with the arrival of my daughter in August of 2019. I was beyond impressed with the photos. To say I was happy with the service is an understatement. My daughter was fussy and just not having it that day. Kendrah was patient and kind. She was professional and understanding.
Fast forward to yesterday. It was time for my daughter's first birthday session. Kendrah suggested a cake smash for the session. I was a little leary to be honest but I trust her opinion so I did it.
